Brenna

Emergency Trauma Technician

PennFoster
Medical Billing & Coding Certificate (I.P.)

Brenna is the pleasant voice on the phone during the early morning hours. She is fresh on the scene to the field of community health as a licensed Emergency Trauma Technician.  She is always excited to answer your questions and even more excited when the day starts off with plenty of coffee.  Her goal is to not only make a difference in the lives of others via community health initiatives, but to also someday open an espresso coffee stand.  Brenna melts in any heat above 70 degrees Fahrenheit and therefore answers your calls remotely; over 4,000 miles Northwest of San Antonio.

Humans aren’t as good as we should be in our capacity to empathize with feelings and thoughts of others, be they humans or other animals on Earth. So maybe part of our formal education should be training in empathy. Imagine how different the world would be if, in fact, that were ‘reading, writing, arithmetic, empathy.’

Sammie

Chief Op-purr-ating Officer (COO)

Chief In-fur-mation Officer (CIO)

After being mistakenly busted for holding catnip “for a friend,” Sammie needed community service hours. As it would turn out, Sammie is a natural therapy cat. He has since moved to a purrmanent position in exchange for unlimited rubs and treats. He loves people and gets bored when class is not in session and demands constant cuddles.

“The thing I remember best about successful people I’ve met all through the years is their obvious delight in what they’re doing and it seems to have very little to do with worldly success. They just love what they’re doing, and they love it in front of others.”
— Mister Rogers
